  • Note: Marriage certificate: William Bailey of Falls Twp in co. of Bucks, and Tacy Livezey daughter of Nathan Livezey of Lower Dublin Twp. in Philadelphia Co., having declared intentions at Abington Monthly Meeting, having consent of parents, married 19th day of 11th mo 1789, at a meeting at Abington. First witnesses Nathan Livezey, Hannah Livezey, Ann Harwaggon, William Satterthwaite.11
  • Note: "William Bailey was a resident of Abington township in 1790 and head of a household containing 2 males over 16, and 1 female. On April 4, 1794 his father-in-law sold him the home place of 92 acres lying along Cottman Street west of the line of Verree Road (Deed book D 46, p. 69). He was still living there in 1818 when Nathan Livezey died. The family is said to have moved later to Chester county."12
  • Note: Deed 1797: William Bayly of Lower Dublin Township, Philadelphia co., yeoman, and Tacy his wife granted on 11 March 1797 in consideration of £300 to Moses Comfort of Falls Twp. a tract of fifty nine and one half acres situated in Falls Twp. which was devised to William Bayly by the will of his father Edward Bayly dated 25 day 7th month 1778. The land is described by metes and bounds and by a diagram, and adjoined the lands of Mathiew Watson, Edward Bayly, John Watson, Deborah Bayly and Abner Watson.
