  • Note: Lydia Moore is named in the 1820 will of her father James Moore. He bequeaths to his three daughters Frances Moore, Lydia Moore and Rosanna Moore his house and lot in the town of Womelsdorf and his furniture. And the residual is left to sons William and John and daughters Frances, Lyddia and Rosanna.5

    "I do hereby leave and bequest the sum of fifty dollars
    to my brother William Moore, to his wife Elizabeth Moore, the sum
    twenty dollars. to my brother John's widow Mary Moore the
    sum of ten dollars, to their children James Moore, Elizabeth
    Moore, and Caroline Moore the sum of thirty dollars each, to my
    sister Nancy Gray the sum of thirty dollars to my brother Charles
    Moore, the sum of thirty dollars, And all the remainder of my
    property real, personal and mixed to my sister Frances Moore.
