  Henry Ruth of Cumru Township Berks County died intestate. The administrators were Philip Reitzel and Henry Ruth.
  
  Inventory was taken 17 March 1826, totaling $405.10.
  
  On 6 Apr 1826 Philip Reitzel was appointed guardian for Samuel Ruth, and Sebastian Miller jr. for Absolam Ruth, both above the age of fourteen.
  
  The 11 Aug 1826 petition of George Ruth Jr., eldest son of Henry Ruth states that his father died intestate in February, leaving no widow, but issue eleven children, namely: George (the petitioner), Catharina (who was the wife of Sebastian Miller and since deceased leaving seven children namely Eliza, Levi, Sebastian, Carolina, Kitty, Henry and Cassia), Daniel, Abraham, Benjamin (deceased who left three children: Henry, Mary & Daniel, all with guardian Mathias S Richards), Henry, Polly (the wife of Philip Reitzel Esq.), Betsy, Jonas, Samuel, Absolem.
  
  Henry Ruth had two large debts, $4000 to John Heister Esquire, and $5066 to Catharine Ruth decd. for the ___ of Joseph Heister Esq. Ruth's two tracts of land were sold.
