  • Note*: The Committee of Observation for Lancaster County, elected November 1794, met 14 Jan 1775, included Adam Reigart for the Borough of Lancaster, and Sebastian Graff for the Manheim township. It appointed deputies to attend the Provincial Convention at Philadelphia Jan 23rd, including Sebastian Graff.

    Sebastian Graff was County Commissioner in 1786, and was State Senator from Lancaster County at the first meeting of the Pennsylvania Legislature in 1790.5
