• Note*: "Arthur A. Wells, aged 70 years, died of a complication of diseases Saturday night at 12.10 at 154 Spring street. He had lived retired since December and before that was a P. & R. conductor. He was a member of Christ Episcopal church, St. John's Lodge of Masons and P. & R. Relief Association. There survive his widow Ellen (nee McDonnell) and these children: William A., Thomas M., Arthur J. and Mary M., all at home."²
