    All of my real estate to my husband George L Brown during his natural life and all interest to her husband during his natural life.

    And "my said husband shall have the privilege of carrying on my present drug and hardware business."

    $1500 to be divided between her sisters Frances Hertzler and Catharine Taylor and the children of her sister Mary A. Searle.

    If her husband survives her, remarries and has children then her estate to them.

    Elsewise her estate to be divided:
    1/6th part each to her sisters Catharine Taylor, and Frances Hertzler
    1/6th part to the children of her sister Mary A. Searle
    1/6th part to the children of my brother in law Webster Brown
    1/6th part to the children of my brother-in-law Washington Brown
