    Bequeathed all his estate to his nephew Edward J. Moore of the City of Philadelphia and son-in-law Joseph C. Noblit of Pennsbury Twp., Chester Co., Pa. in trust, the income to be used to maintain his daughter Mary Frances Moore and the remainder to be divided equally among his remaining three children Katherine Elizabeth Noblit, William H. Moore, and Anna M. Fischer. After the death of Mary Frances Moore the remaining estate to be divided equally among the three children or their heirs. Desires son William H. Moore to live with and care for daughter Mary Frances. Executors and trustees of daughter Mary Frances: nephew Edward J. Moore of the City of Philadelphia and son-in-law Joseph C. Noblit.
