Moore (singleman), Ephraim Hartzler and Frances his wife and Rachel Moore of Stouchstown Berks County heirs of the late Samuel Moore of Stouchstown granted to B. Franklin Taylor of Heidelberg Twp. Berks Co., in consideration of one dollar, a lot of ground near the Schuylkill River in the city of Reading containing forty perches of land. Recorded 5 April 1880 Berks Deeds Book 134, p. 614.⁵

Those renouncing right to act as administrators were Samuel Moore, John Moore, B. Frank. Taylor and Geo. L. Brown.³
