    On 31 March 1810 Peter Haas of Tulpehochen and Elizabeth his wife granted to Henry Lebo, in consideration of £797.18.9, land partly in Tulpehocken Twp. and partially in Bethel Twp. containing 54 acres and 127 perches, part of a tract granted 3 May 1775 by Abraham Snyder to Christopher Wehlfart who in his last will and testament dated 19 Jan 1809 bequethed it to Peter Haas.

    To Peter Haas all my plantation and tract of land in the actual possession of Peter Haas situated partly in Bethel Twp and partly in Tulpehoccen Twp in Berks Co. adjoining lands of Philip Ziegler, Godfrey Schneider & Leonard Miller and Godfrey Aboltzman containing 100 acres.

    All my moveable effects shall be sold at public sale and all my personal estate be divided in to five equal shares, one equal share each to brother Michael Wolfart, brother Philip Wolfart, sister Catharine Lesher, children of my deceased brother George Wolfart, children of my deceased sister Margaret who married Jacob Reeth.
