    Whereas Sebastian Allgaier late of the City of Reading ...deceased in and by his last Will and Testament duly proved...did give and bequest to his daughter Anna Maria Seyfert (now deceased) and who was intermarried with Daniel Seyfert (also deceased) one full and equal share of the proceeds of his said estate provided that if the said Anna Maria should die without lawful issue that then the share bequeathed to her as aforesaid should revert to her brothers and sisters And whereas the sum of eight hundred and thirty three dollars within mentioned was the amount of the share bequeathed in the said will to said Anna Maria Seyfert And whereas the said Ana Maria Seyfert has since died to wit May 28 AD 1860 without leaving lawful issue Know all men by these presents that we John Allgaier and Jacob Allgaier surviving executors of the last will and testament of Sebastian Allgaier aforesaid deceased found? in consideration of the sum of eight hundred and thirty three dollars to us in hand paid by Solomon Dunkle of the township of Exeter...at and before the ensealing and delivery hereof...have granted...over unto the said Soloman Dunkle ...all right and interest of the within named Anna Seyfert in the within indenture of Mortgage and in all that messuasge...therein mentioned...and all the estate of the said Anna Maria Seyfert...to have and to hold...unto the said Solomon Dunkle...subject nevertheless to the right of redemption of the within named Josiah Hearing...In witness whereof we have hereunto set our hands and seals this 25th day of June A.D. 1860.
