- Note*: The 1755 will of Ruth (Atkinson) Bispham's maternal aunt Mary (Stacy) Pownall names Ruth Bispham and identifies her as the daughter of Ruth Atkinson deceased. The will also names a Joshua Bispham of Chester Township.
The 1769 will of Ruth (Atkinson) Bispham's father Samuel Atkinson names a daughter Ruth and a son-in-law Joshua Bispham.5
