    "HAINS, JOHN. Greenwich, Gloucester County, New Jersey.
    January 12, 1754. March 16, 1754.
    To son David Hains 5 shillings. To grandson John, son of said David
    all my land in Goshen in Pennsylvania. Provides for wife Jane. To son
    William all the plantation whereon I now dwell and all remainder of
    estate providing for wife during life.
    Executors: Wife and son William.
    Witnesses: William Gerrard, Thomas Robson, Joseph Land."
