  • Note*: On 20 Feb 1873 Albert Love Jordan of New Boston, Lee County, Iowa granted to James Jordan of the same place, in consideration of $5000, a lot in the Borough of Sharpsburg, Allegheny County, Pennsylvania, on Main Street at Mulberry Alley, one hundred feet square, being a part of the lot which James Sharp and wife by deed 31 July 1833 recorded Vol. 47 page 166 granted to Catherine Love and which Catherine Love by her will registered in Will Book Vol. 6 page 244 devised to Jane Love afterwards Jordan, and the portion which in the case of the death of William M. Love single and without issue was to belong to Jane Love. William M. Love having died without issue, his portion became vested in A. L. Jordan upon the death of his mother Jane Love (intermarried with James Jordan) intestate he being her only child and heir. Recorded 17 Mar 1874, Allegheny Deeds, Vol. 328, p. 69.
