  • Note: In court news section, the trustee of the estate of the late Richard h. Hummel presented his confirmed account. The only remaining heir Valentine Lorne Hummel, had reached his majority. He received one third of the estate, consisting mostly of lands across the river. The other legatees were his two cousins, formerly Misses Eliza and Helen Fendrick, each of whom was bequeathed one-third of the estate.7
