    1) Part of Lot No. 21, on Penn St.

    By indenture dated 7 April 1804 Frederick Beates granted to John George Repplier of the City of Philadelphia, storekeeper in consideration of $2,000 a messuage and lot on the south side of Penn Street in the Borough of Reading, fronting 32 feet 5 inches on Penn Street, narrowing to 30 feet, and extending south 235 feet, the eastward part of lot No. 21 in the plan of the Town of Reading. Recorded 16 April 1804 Berks County Deed Book 20, page 407.

    On 30 May 1834 J George Repplier of the Borough of Reading merchant mortgaged to William High for $2,000 due 1 June 1835 a lot on the south side of Penn Street in the Borough of Reading 32 feet 5 inches by 235 feet, granted 11 April 1804 by Frederick Beates to J George Repplier. On 5 March 1839 William High acknowledged that he had received of J G Repplier full satisfaction. Recorded 30 May 1834 Berks County Mortgage Book M page 375.

    By indenture dated 24 March 1848 Catharine Repplier widow, Charles A Repplier, John George Repplier, Joseph Repplier, George Repplier, Archibald McElroy and Sophia his wife, Louisa Repplier, Theresa Hagerty widow, and John George Repplier attorney appointed by Mary Ann Repplier, the heirs of John George Repplier late of the Borough (then City) of Reading merchant deceased who died intestate, in consideration of $6,000 granted to Samuel R Christian a lot on Penn Street in Reading, 32 feet 5 inches by 235 feet, granted 11 April 1804 by Frederick Beates to John George Repplier. Recorded 20 November 1901 in Berks County Deed Book 285 page 61.

    2) Lot No. 178, on Queen St.

    By indenture dated 31 March 1815 Conrad Fesig granted to George Repplier of the Borough of Reading merchant in consideration of $400 a lot in the Borough of Reading on a road leading to Queen Street, lot No. 178, containing one acre three perches, 181.5 feet by 245 feet. Recorded 3 April 1815 in Berks County Deed Book 28, page 57.

    By indenture dated 27 April 1836 John George Repplier of the Borough of Reading merchant and Catharine his wife granted to William Smith in consideration of $250 a lot on the west side of North 4th (late Queen) Street, lot No. 178, containing one acre and three perches, 181.5 feet by 245 feet, granted by Conrad Fesig 31 March 1815 to John George Repplier. Recorded 27 April 1836 Berks County Deed Book 43, page 290.

    3) Lot No. 268 on Queen Street

    By indenture dated 26 October 1818 Jacob Petre and his wife Anna Maria granted to John G. Repplier in consideration of $500 a lot on the east side of Queen Street in the Borough of Reading, lot No. 268 on Queen Street, 65 feet by 230 feet. Recorded 6 November 1819 in Berks County Deed Book 30, page 286.

    By indenture dated 21 February 1831 John George Repplier of the Borough of Reading merchant and Catharine his wife granted to James M Lewis in consideration of $700 lot on the east side of Queen Street in the Borough of Reading lot No. 268, on the east side of Queen Street 60 feet by 230 feet, granted by Jacob Petre and his wife Anna Maria to John George Repplier 26 October 1818. Recorded 4 April 1831 in Berks County Deed Book 40, page 447.

    4) Water Rights

    On 12 July 1819 Isaac Hiester granted to George Repplier in consideration of $1 his, Hiester's, right to water from a well on Repplier's property. Recorded 23 August 1819 in Berks County Deed Book 31, page 109. Viewed on the Berks County website and abstracted by the compiler.
