    By indenture dated 2 Sept 1775 Michael Algeier, of the Town of Reading, carpenter, and his wife Anna Maria granted to Elizabeth Schauer, of the same place, widow, in consideration of £80 Pennsylvania money, a lot situate on the west side of Duke St., Lot No. 310. Michael and Anna Maria signed by their marks. Recorded 9 Sept 1775, Berks Co. Deeds Book B2, p. 319-320.

    May 28, 1776, Leonard Kraus and his wife Maria Agatha sold to Michael Algyer a property located at No. 398 Mulberry Street in the town of Lancaster, Lancaster County, Pennsylvania. Deed Book 'S', p. 606, Lancaster County courthouse.

    Nov. 1, 1785 John Sechler and Henry Sechler, both of the Borough of Lancaster, executors of the will of Michael Algyer late of the Borough of Lancaster, yeoman deceased, sold to Sebastian Algeier for £40 for the same property in Lancaster.
