    Property includes house in Harrisburg at No, 119 South Front Street, and two farms in East Pennsboro Township, Cumberland County, one of 53 acres & 50 perches lying between the railroad and the river, and the other of 111 acres and 133 perches.

    Contents of house to daughter Mary. House to be rented until one child dies, and then sold. Farms to be rented until sold within five years. Proceeds from all rents and sales to be shared equally by five children or their heirs.
