Until a few years ago he was largely interested in the iron plant from which Pine Iron Works takes its name. The firm is now known as the Lucknow Iron Company, with plant at Glendale, the old site having long since been abandoned.
    In 1873, Mr. Bailey was one of the organizers of the Glasgow Iron Company...
    Since May 26 Mr. Bailey had been president of the Colbrooke Railroad Company...has always been active in the affairs of the corporation.
