Wife Isabel to have the plantation where he then lives during her widowhood; she providing for his 'ancient' mother. After the death of his wife and his mother, the plantation on which he then lives to his brother Robert Lucas, and the plantation in Middletown to his brother Edward Lucas. Brother in law James Moon to have right of refusal of occupying as a tenant the plantation where he then lives.

Bequests to nephew Robert Margerum, nephew John Margerum, niece Isabel Margerum, children of all his brothers and sisters (not named), Mary Goforth, William Goforth, Joseph Shaw's children, Martha White daughter of Joseph White, niece Mercy Plashel [?] when 18. Residue of personal estate to sister Mary Margerum's children.

Executors wife Isabel, brother Robert Lucas, and brother-in-law James Moon.
Witnesses Willoughby Warder, Isaac Moon and Joseph White.
