    William Biles of Falls Township Bucks County gentleman, Joseph Kirkbride of the same place gentleman, Elizabeth Biles of Nottingham Township Burlington County widow, Thomas Cadwalader of Philadelphia doctor of physick and Hannah his wife, Achsah Lambert of Nottingham Burlington County spinster, and Margaret Lambert of same place spinster on 15 January 1738/9 granted to Abraham Bennet, Francis Frison [Krasen?, Fraser?], Nicholas Kruson, Abraham Bennel junr., and Jacob Bennet all of Northampton in Bucks County Pennsylvania yeomen, in consideration of £1500, all that tract situate situated at Maurice River in Salem Co. in West New Jersey containing ten thousand acres, being part of the lands purchased by William Biles the father from James Wasse, portions sold to James Kirkbride late of Falls Township in Bucks Pennsylvania merchant deceased, father of Joseph Kirkbride, and Thomas Lambert of Nottingham Township Burlington County farmer.     Thomas Cadwallader and Hannah his wife, Elizabeth Biles and Achsah Lambert, daughters of Thomas Lambert on 3 July 1754 granted to Obadiah Ayers of Sussex County New Jersey, in consideration of £360, a tract of land in Sussex County containing 1200 acres.     Daniel Byles and Margaret his wife on 1 June 1756 granted to William Coxe of Philadelphia, in consideration of £547.11 money of Pennsylvania, a parcel containing 500 acres situated in Quohanching [Chohansick, early spelling for Cohansey] in Salem County New Jersey. This was part of 4500 acres of land purchased 16 September 1707 by William Byles the elder from James Wasse of London; William Byles on 24 & 25 March 1710 granted the 4500 acres of land to Joseph Kirkbride of Falls Township Bucks County Pennsylvania merchant and Thomas Lambert of Burlington County Western division of New Jersey tanner (WJD AAA fol. 411?); Joseph Kirkbride and Thomas Lambert on 25 March the same year conveyed the 4500 acres to William Byles the elder; one third of William Byles the elders' 4500 descended to William Byles his eldest son; William Byles the younger by his will dated 3 December 1737 gave the 500 acres part to Thomas Byles and Margaret Byles [note that they were grandchildren of William Biles the younger].     By a series of three deeds property was conveyed 8 February 1762 between Elizabeth Biles of Trenton widow late Elizabeth Lambert and Ashert Lambert of the same place of the one part and Thomas Calandaor of the City of Philadelphia Physician and his wife Hannah late Hannah Lambert of the other part.     Aschah Lambert, Lambert Cadwalader, Robert Lettis? Hooper and his wife Margaret Hooper on 1 May 1773 granted to Jonathan Guist? of City of Burlington shoemaker a tract of land, part of Thomas Lambert's land. Recorded 5 May 1773, West Jersey Deeds, Vol. AK, p. 119; viewed on FHL microfilm 450065.

    Lambert Cadwalander of Philadelphia executor of the will of Elizabeth Biles late of Trenton widow deceased on 2 May 1774 granted to Randel Mitchell of Philadelphia merchant, in consideration of £400 proclamation money of New Jersey, a tract of 100 acres in Nottingham Township Burlington County. This tract was a part of three lots, one of 110 acres surveyed in March 1701 to Thomas Lambert, one of 244 purchased by Thomas Lambert, and 36 acres overplus returned on a 1711 warrant to Samuel Biles. By Thomas lambert's will, these tracts went to his four daughters Elizabeth Biles, Hannah Lambert who was married to Thomas Cadwalader, Achsah Lambert and Margaret Lambert. By her will Margaret's share went to the other three sisters. The lands had been twice resurveyed. The share of sister Elizabeth Biles was 163 acres, which per her will were to be sold by her executor Lambert Cadwalador for the support of her nephew Thomas Langhorne Biles.
