  • Note: Will of Hannah Scott of the town of Burlington, widow of Benjamin Scott late of Wellinborough in Burlington county. Dated 8th day October 1697, proved 23 October 1697.

    Plantation in the town bounds of Burlington to eldest son Samuel Kimball & £5. Son Joseph Kymball £5; sons Benjamin & Edward Kymball £15 each & silver items; grandson Thomas Kymball son of Samuel £10 & silver items; apparel to Grace Hollingshead, wife of John Hollingshead senior, and to Susanna Knox and Priscela Love; linens to Mary Hill should she marry son Samuel; residual to Benjamin and Edward Kymball. Executors sons Benjamin and Edward Kymball. Witnesses John Hollingshead, Mary Hill & John Meredeth.

    Inventory of Hannah Scott made 21 October 1697 by John Meredith, Thomas Raper & Grace Holinshead [not John as in NJA 23:408 abstract], totaling £103.6.0, proved 23 Oct 1697.
