    "4 May 1702 William Eastland, late of Queens Co., now of Cohansey, N.J. and Sarah, his wife, with the consent of his father-in-law, John Champion and Thomas Champion, His eldest son, sell 20 acres of the above 40 acres to Jonas Powell." (Oyster Bay Town Records, 2:581-2)
