John Boyse died, as indicated by his will, about 1620, and his wife, Johane, about 1631, as shown byher will...Her father was a man of estate...She was one of four coheiresses to property in Edgton and Welburn....In her will, dated 1681, November 8th, she mentions two sons and five daughters, all of the name Prudden."1
  • Note: "came to New England in 1636 with her brother-in-law and sister, Thomas and Silence (Boyse) Robinson, and settled at Roxbury, Mass., where, as 'Joan Boyse, a maid,' she was a member of the Rev.
