    In 1809 John Lane of Candia, joiner, and Hannah Lane his wife, along with Samuel Harper and Ezekiel Godfrey Esquire, sold their "two thirds part of one forty acre lot in Gilmantown" to a Judy Hoit. [See deed abstract in this database under Joseph Godfrey.]5,6
